In order to achieve equity, we promote equality, diversity and inclusion. Taking care of these is important to us so that we can succeed now and in the future. As an employer, we want to equally support those in our work community with flexible solutions. A diverse work community strengthens trust in Elenia, and inclusion strengthens our corporate culture.
To us, diversity means human richness in our work community, where, for example, the diversity of genders, age, skills and qualifications, as well as the diversity of people, makes us grow as people and strengthens our ability to act and achieve results. We cherish equity among everyone as a shared value in day-to-day life.
We strengthen inclusion through open interaction, by paying attention to the smooth flow of information and by ensuring that inclusion is realised through various annual job satisfaction and work ability surveys. Improving open interaction and the flow of information are our targets for development. We also survey the realisation of non-discrimination and equity as part of our annual survey on the interaction between the company culture and the work community. Based on the results, we plan how to also use new measures to promote the well-being of our work community.
