By actively monitoring your electricity consumption, you are able to spot waste consumption and equipment failures in good time. Monitoring and improving your company’s energy consumption helps to reduce your business costs and cut the greenhouse emissions.
Monitor your company’s electricity consumption and start using Consumption Tracker
You can monitor your company’s electricity consumption on an hourly, daily, weekly, monthly or even annual basis in kWh or EUR. The service shows all of your company’s access places connected to Elenia’s network, making it easy to monitor and compare them. Consumption Tracker enables you to set a consumption or fluctuation limit so that you will receive an alert if the limit is breached. You can order a monthly consumption report by email.
Store your invoices or change a due date
Your company’s invoices are archived in the service in clear date order. Seeing the invoices’ payment status and approaching due dates makes it easy to view individual invoices and plan payments. You can change the due date of an undue invoice conveniently in the service.
Important information about power outages and upcoming maintenance breaks
It is important for a company’s operations to receive information about outages and maintenance breaks. Use the free service to receive SMS or email notifications regarding outages and maintenance breaks. We will provide you with an estimate of the repair time and send a new notification once the outage is over. Sending a notification of a fault is easy without queuing.
We will keep your company up to date on the construction of the electricity connection
Our goal is to make it as easy and stress-free as possible for your company to get an electricity connection. Once you have placed an order for a connection, the service will show you the progress of the construction process, what will happen next and when the project will be completed. If you require further information or need to contact us, the service will show your contact persons at Elenia and the contractor building the connection.
Activating Elenia Aina
- Go here to register as a corporate user
- Log into the service using your email address and password
- Check your Elenia invoice for your company’s Business ID, customer number and access place number and enter them in the service
- Everything is finished and you can monitor your company’s electricity consumption
Thanks to the new Elenia Aina login system, users must re-register for the service.
Free outage and maintenance break messaging service
Elenia Aina provides you with a free messaging service. The service will notify you by SMS and/or email of a power outage as well as an estimate of the repair time. You will receive a new message once the electricity has been re-connected. The service is available within 24 h of the order. The service will also send you a message about planned maintenance breaks.
