Updated Terms of Network Service 2024 will enter into force on 1.12.2024

The terminology used in the network service conditions has been clarified. In addition, minor changes have been made which do not affect the substance of the contractual relationship.

Changes in terms are based on changes in legislation and circumstances, the renewal of outdated contractual or pricing arrangements and the implementation of measures necessary to save energy. The most significant change concerns promoting e-services. In future, confirmations and notifications will be sent to customers primarily electronically. The right to paper-based transactions will remain. Eliminating unnecessary paper mail will save natural resources.
