Sanna Murtojärvi as Chief People Officer, CPO, of Elenia

Her responsibilities include, among others, Elenia's personnel policy and strategy, the development of personnel skills, the recruitment process and the development of remuneration. She is also responsible for the development of occupational well-being and the reporting related to personnel. Murtojärvi actively participates in the development of Elenia's corporate culture, employee satisfaction and employer brand. Murtojärvi is member of Elenia's management team.
